Batesville Pioneers move to 4-5 overall, defeating Greene County Tech Friday night

The Batesville Pioneers picked up their fourth victory of the season, but most importantly, guaranteed their return to the 5A playoffs with a 35-13 victory over the Greene County Tech Golden Eagles.
The Pioneers led 21-0 at halftime, and then 28-0 before Tech scored twice to cut the lead to 28-13.
The Pioneers got their final touchdown in the fourth quarter to set the final score.
Eli Livingston threw for three touchdown passes and ran for a score.  Karson Douglas caught two touchdown passes and Will Storlie also caught a touchdown pass.
John Todd Stalker ran for a score and Alejandro Medina hit all five of his extra points.
The Pioneers are now 4-5 overall and 4-2 in the 5A East.  They will travel to Jonesboro next Friday to take on the Valley View Blazers.
