Erma Louise Stuntz, 72 of Ash Flat died Saturday, Nov. 2, 2019. She was born April 21, 1947 in Wynne, Arkansas to Noah O’Neill and Hazel Rosetta (Holder) Sisk.
She was a retired USDA Inspector, a retired para-professional from the Highland School District and a member of the Highland Assembly of God. She was also very proud of her Native American Heritage.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Survivors include her husband of 53 years, Paul Stuntz of the home; one son, Anthony Eugene Stuntz of Evening Shade; one daughter, Robin Louise Stuntz-Christian (Jeremy) of Ash Flat; three brothers, Noah Sisk (Gaye) and Eric Sisk (Stephanie) both of Ash Flat and Randy Sisk (Becky) of Cave City; four sisters, Joyce Hancock (Gary) of Washington State, Sharon Snow (Leon) and Mona Chandler (Alex) both of Cave City and Laveda Criswell (Tony) of Heber Springs; seven grandchildren, Andrea Kaye Stuntz, Paul Allen Stuntz, Seth Russell Stuntz, Samuel Christopher Stuntz, Charity Louise Stuntz, Jarreth Matchette Stuntz-Christian and Adler Lenore Stuntz-Christian; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, Nov. 6, 2019, at 2:00 p.m. at the Qualls Funeral Home Chapel in Cave City with Dr. Paul Bokker officiating and special words by Rev. Lee Clark. Burial will follow in the Campground Cemetery located north of Evening Shade.
Visitation will be Tuesday, Nov. 5, 2019, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be James Flynn, Robert Arnold, Jason Stuntz, Noah Sisk, Eric Sisk, and Jarreth Stuntz-Christian.
Honorary Pallbearers are Bill Daniel, Paul Allen Stuntz, Seth Russell Stuntz, and Samuel Christopher Stuntz.
