Wanda Lee Keller Hastings, 73 of Jonesboro went to be with the Lord on Saturday, Nov. 2, 2019. Born March 2, 1946 to the late Rupert and Willie Wingo. Wanda spent most of her life raising her five children on 6 Way Farm, then she moved to Jonesboro and went to college at the age of 43 to earn her RN degree.

There is nothing this woman could not accomplish once she set her mind to it. She earned her degree with a great support system of friends that she met along the way.

Wanda’s greatest accomplishments are her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren and brothers and sisters. She loved her family with all she had and more.

Wanda would tell you she could not have done this alone, she has the strongest love, and faith in her Lord, without him she would have told you she was nothing-life is always better when you can rejoice in the Lord. Wanda loved her church and church family. She was of the Baptist faith, she also loved writing poems in her earlier years, singing in church and just spending time with her family especially her children and grandchildren. Everyone that knew Wanda loved her. She was a great friend, caretaker, sister, and mother by no doubt. A woman with a big heart and soul.

Wanda is preceded in death by her husbands; Bobby Keller and Richard Hastings, one daughter; Amy Story, four brothers, three sisters, and her parents.

She is survived by three sons; Tony (Carolyn) Keller of Jonesboro, Troy (Laura) Keller of Kentucky, Robert (Mary) Keller of Jonesboro, one daughter; Carla (Craig) MRoss of Cash, son-in-law; Raymond Story, 16 grandchildren; Jordan, Tagun, Colin, Shannon, Emily, Maggie, Ben, Brandon, Tristan, Jaesyn, Cierra, Lily, Xavier, Dustin, Brock, Blaise, five great-grandchildren;  Emmett, Zayne, Jacob, Emma, and Keller, one sister; Linda (Ted) Galewski and one brother; Troy (April) Wingo and many nieces, nephews, friends, and a very special friend Judy Belt who she loved as her own and her six Sprading and Collier kiddos where there was one there was always 10.
