Darrell Shreve, age 75 of Cave City passed away on Tuesday, Nov. 5, 2019. He was born November 1, 1944 in Batesville, Arkansas to Guy and Floy Shreve.
He was a U.S. Army Vietnam Veteran and a member of the Maxville Missionary Baptist Church at Cave City.
Survivors include his wife of 49 years, Annettea Shreve; two sons, Chris Shreve of Harrison and Eric Shreve (Tamera) of Springdale; five grandchildren, Cody Shreve of Hot Springs Village, Brittney Creamer and Stephanie Shreve both of Harrison, Rylan and Remy Shreve both of Springdale; two great-grandchildren Baylee and Karson Creamer; two brothers Ebby Shreve (Clydella) of Cave City and Harold Shreve (Cora) of Bryant; one sister, Mary Hix (Malcom) of Batesville, several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Charles Shreve.
Funeral services will be on Saturday, Nov. 9, 2019, at 10:00 a.m. at the Maxville Missionary Baptist Church with Bro. Phillip Lewallen and Bro. Boyce Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in Cave City Cemetery with arrangements by Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City.
Visitation will be Friday, Nov. 8, 2019, from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the church.
Pallbearers will be Scott McSpadden, John McSpadden , Mike McSpadden, Abra Perkey, Rustin Wooldridge, and Mark Brown.
Honorary pallbearers are Cody Shreve, Rylan Shreve, and Remy Shreve.
