UAMS North Central Family Medical Center and Citizens Bank are teaming to collect non-perishable food items for Christmas Brings Hope.
On Dec. 2, they will be serving hot chocolate, cider, and cookies with a special guest, the Grinch, at the Citizens Bank Pocket Park during the Batesville Christmas Parade starting at 5 p.m.
Parade attendees are encouraged to bring a non-perishable food item to the Pocket Park and enjoy treats and meet the Grinch throughout the parade.
Christmas Brings Hope is a locally-based non-profit program that has been helping feed families during the holidays since 1992.
