Independence County prosecutors have filed charges against three subjects on illegal drug violations.
Whitteny Ann Doyle (pictured above, center), 40, has been charged with three felony drug violations including possession of meth. She is also being charged under the Habitual Offender law as a repeat offender. Doyle’s arrest came during a home visit by a probation and parole officer at a residence on Camp Tahkodah Road, Dec. 2.
Doyle is currently in the Independence County Detention Facility on a $10,000 bond.
In another case, Johnnia Kay Summer (pictured, left), 49, is charged with possession of meth and drug paraphernalia. Summer was arrested during a traffic stop in Newark on Dec. 1.
She is also currently in jail on a $10,000 bond.
And Jonathon E. Bristow (right), 37, is charged with three felony drug violations including possession of meth. His arrest came during a traffic stop by Sheriff Shawn Stephens near a farm entrance in eastern Independence County on Dec. 1. He is also being charged as a habitual offender.
Bristow is in jail on a $10,000 bond.
