Inaugural Delta Waterfowl banquet scheduled for Saturday in Batesville


The inaugural Delta Waterfowl banquet for the Black Rivers End Chapter is scheduled for Saturday, Dec. 14, at the Best Dam Steakhouse in Batesville.

Delta Waterfowl is a leading conservation group founded at the famed Delta Marsh in Manitoba, with its U.S. Headquarters in Bismarck, North Dakota. The group works to produce ducks through intensive management programs and conservation of breeding duck habitat. Delta conducts vital waterfowl research and promotes and protects the continuing tradition of waterfowl hunting in North America, its website notes.

Jason Angel (pictured above) with the Black Rivers End Chapter recently visited with the White River Now family of radio stations about Saturday’s big event, which will feature food, entertainment, and auctions. Listen to his conversation below.
