The Melbourne Bearkatz continued their early-season success at home Friday night, as they swept conference opponent Buffalo Island Central.
The Lady Katz started things off with a 79-22 throttling of the Lady Mustangs, led by 22 points from Kenley McCarn, 19 of which came in the first half.

The Bearkatz continued their success later in the night as they defeated BIC 76-54.
The defense led the way for the Katz in the first half, and carried them the rest of the way, as the tough man-to-man stifled the Mustangs.
Layton Hennings and Roby Cooper had 15 points each for the Bearkatz, who improve to 4-0, 2-0.
