Judy Kay Taylor, 69, of England departed this life on Thursday, Dec. 19, 2019, at Spring Hill Baptist Medical Center in North Little Rock. She was born on Nov. 19, 1950, in Newport, the daughter of late Jerry Taylor and Elydia Jo Melton.
Taylor was a member of the Church of Christ and enjoyed reading, animals, and playing games.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one sister, Shelia Zia; and great-nephew, Harry Arterburn.
Taylor leaves behind one sister, Debbie Henderson and Terry Lavine of England; numerous nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be announced at a later date.
