Saturday morning the Izard County Sheriff’s Department announced via their Facebook page that Sheriff Earnie Blackley (pictured) has passed away.
“We are sorry to announce the passing of Sheriff Earnie Blackley. Please respect the privacy of the family at this time,” shared the department in a brief post.
