An Independence County man and previously convicted felon has been charged with three more felonies in Stone County Circuit Court.

Bradley Troy McNealy (pictured), 48, whose listed address is in the 39-hundred-block of Jamestown Loop, has been charged in Stone County with residential burglary, stalking in the second degree, and terroristic threatening in the first degree — all felonies.

The charges come from incidents on Jan. 4 in which he is accused of harassing, stalking, and threatening his estranged wife as well as taking jewelry that belonged to her.

He is also accused of harassing her with the purpose of creating fear of death or serious physical harm as well as threatening serious physical injury and serious damage to property owned by his estranged wife as well as another person.

McNealy is also being charged as a habitual offender having previously been convicted of four or more felonies.

He is now in jail and has been placed on a $50,000 bond.

In addition, McNealy has been placed under a no contact order issued by the Stone County District Judge.
