The Southerners had a rough start Tuesday night as they fell behind 14-0 early and battled back several times before falling 72-53 to the Westside Warriors.
The Southerners fall to 4-11 overall and 1-3 in the conference.
The Southerners will be back in action against the Brookland Bearcats Friday night at Southside.
