The Main Street Batesville Winter Gala will take place on Friday, Feb. 7 at 6:30 p.m. in the Main Street Loft located at 267 E. Main St., 3rd Floor. All proceeds generated by the event will benefit Main Street Batesville.

This year’s event will feature a Roaring 20s theme. Guests are encouraged to come dressed to impress in 20s-inspired fashion, and the décor of the ballroom will rival any party Jay Gatsby could have thrown, Main Street Batesville said in a release.

The evening begins at 6:30 p.m. with hors d’oeuvres, silent and live auctions, costume contests, dancing, and music courtesy of Erin Walters and other local musicians.

“We have a couple of other surprises in store for attendees,” said Jenifer Floyd, gala coordinator. “This year we are going above and beyond to make sure everyone has a memorable evening.”

Hundreds of individuals and businesses from across the region donated merchandise, services, and memorabilia to the silent and live auctions. One of the items to be included in the live auction is an all-inclusive trip to Bermuda, donated by Robert Carius.

Tickets are $35 each and are available online at mainstreetbatesville.org and at Merchants & Planters Bank in Batesville.
