Batesville Area Arts Council’s annual “Souper Bowl Saturday” fundraiser will take place on Saturday, Feb. 1, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the BAAC Gallery on Main, 226 E. Main St.
Individuals can support the arts in our community by purchasing delicious soup to take home with them, made by local businesses and residents.
Tickets are $7 in advance for a quart of soup and $8 at the event.
Advance tickets offer the privilege of first choice during a special V.I.P. hour from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. on the day of the event. Some available soup options will be broccoli cheddar, cheesy potato, chicken tortilla, sweet potato, and taco soup.
Tickets are on sale now at the BAAC Gallery on Main, Batesville Area Chamber of Commerce, Carlee’s Hallmark, Independence County Library, and from BAAC b=oard members.
