The Melbourne Bearkatz took to the road Friday night, facing the Sloan-Hendrix Greyhounds in Imboden.

Kiley Webb led the way with 14 points, Kenley McCarn added 12, and Jenna Lawrence had 10.
The Bearkatz took to the floor for the nightcap, looking to add on to their eight game winning streak.
The game was back and forth in the first half, with both teams trading baskets and the lead never getting to more than five for either team. The Katz took a two-point deficit into the locker room, where they looked to find the fire that has fueled their last few victories.
The Greyhounds scored the first six points of the third quarter to increase their lead to eight.
The game flowed back and forth, with the Bearkatz narrowing the deficit to as few as one, but Sloan-Hendrix consistently found an answer.
A crazy fourth quarter, filled with turnovers, technicals, and free throws ensued.
The Katz briefly took the lead, but the Greyhounds quickly scored to regain control. The Bearkatz has a three point attempt to win the game, but it was just off the mark, and the Katz fell short, 64-62.
