A Stone County juvenile has been charged in Stone County Circuit Court with three counts of rape, a Class Y felony.
Information on the probable cause for arrest said the male suspect, who is under the age of 18, admitted to the allegations during questioning by law enforcement.
The court documents also said the victim, under the age of 14, came forward and informed her mother of the rape.
The suspect is in custody and has been placed on a $250,000 bond. A Class Y felony carries a minimum sentence of ten years, but no more than 40 years or life.
