Batesville School District Food Service Department COVID–19 Feeding Plans
FREE TO ALL STUDENTS 18 YEARS OF AGE OR YOUNGER
You will be able to receive a meal for your student regardless of where they attend school by either of the following two methods during the school closure dates of Tuesday, March 17 through Friday, March 20:
Method #1 Meals can be picked up at the front door of the school.
Meals will be available for pick up at the front door of the school from 7:30 a.m. – 8:30 a.m. for breakfast and 11 a.m. – 12 p.m. for lunch. The school sites that will be distributing meals are:
Sulphur Rock Elementary
West Elementary
Eagle Mountain Elementary
Batesville Preschool
BJHS and BHS pick up at front of Batesville High School (BHS)
Method #2 Meals will be delivered to any current known bus stop between 7:30 a.m. – 8:30 a.m. for breakfast and 11 a.m. – 12 p.m. for lunch if someone has notified our transportation dept. of a meal request. You can request a meal drop off by calling Batesville Transportation Dept. at (870) 793-0620. The deadline for the request is 4 p.m. the day before the meal is being requested. We will have a Spanish speaking phone receptionist on hand.

Método # 2 Las comidas se entregarán en cualquier parada de autobús conocida entre las 7:30 a.m. y las 8:30 a.m. para el desayuno y las 11 a.m. 12 p.m. para el almuerzo si alguien ha notificado a nuestro departamento de transporte una solicitud de comida. Puede solicitar una entrega de comida llamando al Departamento de Transporte de Batesville al (870) 793-0620. La fecha límite para la solicitud es a las 4 p.m. el día antes de que se solicite la comida. Tendremos a mano una recepcionista de habla hispana.
