Mary Anne (Forsyth) Shilkitus, 48, of Batesville died Wednesday, March 11, 2020.
She was born on Friday, March 19, 1971, in Louisville, Ky. to Billy Joe and Teresa (Bryniarski).
Mary Anne was a pharmacist for 24 years.
She is survived by her loving husband David Shilkitus, whom she married on April 9, 2000; her mother, Teresa (Bryniarski) Forsyth of Pangburn; two daughters, Presley Anne and Peyton Jane Shilkitus of the home; one sister, Kelly Forsyth Clark (Brian) of Chapin, S.C.; father and mother-in-law Michael and Veronica Shilkitus of Colorado Springs, Colo.; sister-in-law, Katie Shilkitus DeLeon (William) of Colorado Springs, Colo.
Mary Anne is preceded in death by her father.
A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 pm. Wednesday, March 18, 2020, at Elizabeth’s Restaurant, 231 E Main St., Batesville, AR 72501.
