Paul Raymond Hinson age 73 of Evening Shade died Tuesday, March 17, 2020, at his home. He was born September 8, 1946, in Little Rock to Carl Raymond and Mary Adaline Davenport Hinson. He was a retired project manager for SCE Electric in California and a U.S. Army Veteran. He was a member of the Bear Creek Church in Evening Shade.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include his wife of 53 years, Nancy Dresen Hinson of the home; three sons, Keith Hinson (Rachel) of St. Louis, MS, Todd Hinson (Stephanie) of Knoxville, Tenn. and Erik Hinson of Ontario, Calif.; one brother, Wayne Hinson (Carol) of Upland, Calif.; eight grandchildren, Bryan, Jason, Tyler, Zack, Jonathan, Delaney, Gloria and Nathan; four great-grandchildren, Jaelyn, Marley, Troy and Emily; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be Saturday, March 28, 2020, at 2:00 p.m. at the Bear Creek Church in Evening Shade with Rev. Joe Kaiser officiating. Burial will follow in the Bear Creek Cemetery with arrangements by Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City.
Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. until service time at the church.
Pallbearers will be his grandsons.
