The Independence County Library, located at 267 E. Main St. in Batesville, will extend its curbside service hours beginning today.
Hours will be: Monday-Thursday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Friday-Saturday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. To check out materials, call the library at (870) 793-8814, ext. 1.

The library board and library director will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation and reevaluate library services frequently. They wish to extend their gratitude to Independence County residents for their patience during this time.
