Prosecuting Attorney Eric Hance has been issued an arrest warrant for a 60-year-old Oxford, Ark., man. The has been charged in Independence County Circuit Court with violating conditions of his parole on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, namely methamphetamine. His 60-month probation has also been revoked.

The wanted man is Johnny Teague. On March 9, he entered a negotiated plea of guilty to the charge of possession of meth. His punishment was a 60-month probation period in which he was to attend the Drug Court Program that, according to court documents, he did not complete. In fact, he skipped or was late, for most of the meetings in the program, in particular his group sessions, the docs say.

Teague is once again facing the charge of possession of meth as well as probation revocation.

His bail has been set at $25,000.
