A Cherokee Village woman was killed late Thursday afternoon in a one-car accident in Ash Flat, according to the Arkansas State Police.

The Preliminary Fatal Crash Summary notes Sandra L. Becky, 69, was traveling westbound on US Highway 62/412 just after 5 p.m. when she lost control of her 2004 Chevrolet Impala and left the right side of the road. The Impala struck a culvert and overturned, causing the victim to be ejected from the vehicle.
