Curbside services continue at Independence County Library

The Independence County Library will continue to serve its patrons with curbside service for the immediate future, according to a news release.

The library staff is following guidelines suggested by the State Library of Arkansas, which includes holding materials in quarantine for six days after they are returned to the library and disinfecting materials before returning them to shelves for checkout.

The library will continue to seek recommendations for best practices from the State Library. For more information about the State Library and its recommendations, go to: www.library.arkansas.gov.

The library’s curbside service is available Monday through Thursday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturday 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
