Jennifer (Hembrey) Cheshier, 71, of Tuckerman departed this life Monday, June 15, 2020. She was born on September 29, 1948, to Donald Elmer O’Brien and Bertha Jean Hembrey in Newport raised by her grandparents; Frank and Virginia Hembrey. She was a member of Hickory Grove Baptist Church and enjoyed painting and crafts. She was employed by Southwestern Bell Telephone Company as a telephone operator where she retired after 33 years.
She was preceded in death by her parents, grandparents, brothers; Bob and Roger Hembrey, and stepdaughter; Amy Cheshier Gann.
Her survivors are her husband; Jackie Cheshier of Tuckerman, stepsons; Rusty Cheshier and Travis Cheshier, stepdaughters; Tracy Wadley, Stella Farley and Penny Cheshier, brothers; Richard Hembrey, Tom Hembrey, and Monty Hembrey, sister; Nita Hembrey, several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
