Thomas Silvy, 85, of Batesville passed away Sunday, June 14, 2020. He was born on October 17, 1934, in Batesville to Amber King Silvy and Essie Iva (Street) Silvy.
He enjoyed woodworking, fishing, gardening and NASCAR.
Thomas was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Noma Lee Silvy; sister, Lousie Wall; and son-in-law, Steve Morgan.
Survivors include his two daughters, Kimberley Leeann Morgan of Charlotte and Brenda Louise Brenner (Kevin) of Desha; three grandchildren, Jamae Morgan, Tanya Joe Jones and Sabrina Lanette Peterson; eight great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
Pallbearers are Trinity Asay, Jared Branscum, Michael Peterson, Ronnie Jones, John Bruce and Kevin Brenner. Honorary Pallbearers will be Dr. Jay Jeffrey, the Staff of the ICU at White River Medical Center and Jamae Morgan.
Graveside services will begin at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, June 18, 2020, at Alderbrook Cemetery in Desha under the direction of Roller-Crouch Funeral Home of Batesville with Charles Crow officiating.
