The Batesville Police Department is on the scene of a shooting that occurred sometime Sunday at Hawg’s Exxon on St. Louis Street.
When contacted this evening, a representative from the Batesville Police Department confirmed they were still on the scene of the incident as of 8:30 p.m.
The representative said the BPD should have a complete statement with more details tomorrow (Monday).
