Jonesboro television station KAIT is reporting three people have been taken to hospitals after being electrocuted by a high-line wire near the Spring River. The news comes from Sharp County Sheriff Mark Counts.
Counts tells KAIT deputies received a call around 1:45 p.m. Sunday about two juveniles and one adult being electrocuted by the high-line wire.
The station says there are currently no details on the condition of the three, and that emergency crews and deputies are at the scene on Bee Run Road near the river.
