Alta Lee Watkins Lusk, 83, of Batesville departed this life on Thursday, August 27, 2020. She was born in Batesville on February 17, 1937, to Ivan and Eva Lee Thompson Watkins. Alta married Clarence Wilson Lusk on November 21, 1953.
She was a member of the Ramsey Heights Baptist Church.
She was a homemaker who enjoyed spring flowers, especially yellow in color and collecting rocks. She was especially proud of her doll collection.
Alta is survived by her husband, Clarence, of the home; sons, Allen Ray Lusk of Southside, Douglas Lee Lusk and his wife, Cheryl, of Salado; daughters, Pamela Sue Moody and her husband, James, of Southside, Teresa Annette Worley and her husband, Paul, of Southside; a sister, Margie Anne Boyett of Southside; nine grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren, and three great, great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Michael Aaron Watkins.
A celebration of her life will be held Sunday, August 30, 2020 beginning at 3:00 p.m. at Ramsey Heights Baptist Church with Bro. Brian Coats officiating.
