He was riding around the area in a golf cart and waving, not a golf club, but a gun.
Dannie McGrew, 60, of Horseshoe Bend had reportedly been aggressive toward some individuals, and as a result, was asked to leave an apartment on 3rd Street in Horseshoe Bend.
Apparently, that’s when he got the golf cart and a pistol and began driving around the
area waving the pistol in anger.
He had first been charged in Izard County District Court, but his charges were upgraded to felony first-degree terroristic threatening, criminal trespass, and public intoxication.
McGrew was placed on a $5,000 professional bond and is to appear in Izard County
Circuit Court on Oct. 28.
