First Community Bank is pleased to announce that Rachael Fisher (pictured), vice president benefits manager in human resources, has recently earned a bachelor of science in business administration and management through the University of Arkansas systems eVersity program.

Our support of her endeavors is very reflective of the commitment to staff development that we strive for at First Community Bank,” said Heather Fulbright, senior vice president human resource director. “I am grateful to have such a dedicated and knowledgeable coworker who strives to be better for herself, our community, and our team.”
Fisher started with First Community Bank as a compliance specialist in November 2008 and moved to the human resource department in April 2010. She previously gained seven years of experience in human resources with Norandal USA, Inc.
Fisher completed an associate’s degree in business at the University of Arkansas Community College at Batesville in 2008.
A native of Batesville, Fisher currently serves on the Independence County Education Foundation as the secretary/treasurer and also serves on the White River Medical Center advisory board.
She began serving as an ambassador with the Batesville Area Chamber of Commerce in 2018 and is a graduate of Leadership Batesville through the chamber. She and her husband, Bryan, reside in the Batesville area with their son, Nicholas, 17, and daughter, Addyson, 11.
