Jimmy Beams, 57 of Cave City died Wednesday, Dec. 16, 2020.
He was born Oct. 5, 1963, in Blytheville, Arkansas to Albert Beams Jr. and Patsy C. Renfro Beams.
He was a mechanic for the Arkansas Department of Transportation in Batesville and was a member of First Missionary Baptist Church in Cave City.
He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and playing with his grandchildren. He was a person that loved people and especially loved his family.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Katelyn Beams, and his mother, Patsy C. Keener.
Survivors include his wife, Anna Matthews Beams of the home; one son, Matthew Beams (Samantha) of Boca Raton, Florida; two daughters, Kimberly Beams of Jonesboro and Shana Jones of Cave City; two sisters, Vicki Musick (Mitchell) of Cave City and Gail McWilliams (Dean) of Melbourne; three grandchildren, Waylon Beams, Hank Beams, and Ryelynn Jones; several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral Services will be Sunday, Dec. 20, 2020, at 2:00 p.m. at the First Missionary Baptist Church in Cave City with Bro. Ron Canard and Bro. Joshua Musick officiating. Burial will follow in the Cave City Cemetery with arrangements by Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City.
Pallbearers will be Craig Day, Leroy Maupin, Randy Moody, Anthony Gilmore, Rob Smith, Roy Rogers, Brent Herndon, and Dale Williams.
Honorary pallbearers are Craig Porter, Mitchell Musick, Dean McWilliams, Joshua Musick, Clayton McWilliams, Brandon McWilliams, Cave City Class of 1982, ARDOT State Employees, and District 5 Employees.
