Russell Edward ”Skip” Warner, 77, of Batesville passed away Saturday, Dec. 19, 2020.
He was born on Oct. 9, 1943, in Joliet, Illinois to ”Captain” Charles Hunter Warner and Vera (Lamphere) Warner.
Skip was a veteran of the United States Air Force having served during the Vietnam War. He was a lifelong resident of Batesville; who had many friends that supported, loved, and helped him through his battle with cancer for over 30 years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and playing golf.
Survivors include his sister, Pat Reese of Pine Bluff; his nieces and nephews, John Reese, Beth Reese, Jamie Reese, and Cindy Reese and their families.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
