Five men charged in five different cases involving drugs in Stone County Circuit Court

Five men in five different cases have been charged with drug felonies in Stone County Circuit Court.

Brodie Andrew Nelson, 33, has been charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a firearm by a certain person. Nelson’s bond was set at $5,000.

Steven Paul Williams, 30, was taken into custody and charged with two drug-related felonies; possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia. Williams was placed on a $5,000 bond.

Robert L. Harshberger, 21, was charged with possession of a schedule one controlled substance (ecstasy). Harshberger was placed on a bond of $5,000.

Junior Dean Corter, 32, was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia by Stone County Deputies during an incident on Jan. 14. Corter was charged with felony possession of drug paraphernalia and placed on a $5,000 bond.

And, lastly, while authorities were checking out a possible violation of an order of protection on Jan. 14. Stone County Deputies found Billy Kyle Sutterfield, 29, to be in possession of methamphetamine. Sutterfield was taken into custody and his bond was set at $5,000.
