With the decrease in COVID-19 cases in the county and across Arkansas, White River Medical Center (WRMC) has announced the extension of visiting hours.

Starting Feb. 10, visiting hours will be from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. every day. Only one visitor is allowed per patient. Visitors will continue to be screened at the door for visitor, patient, and staff safety.

If visiting Monday through Friday, visitors should enter through the East Entrance at WRMC. If visiting on Saturday or Sunday, visitors should enter through the Emergency Department.

White River Health System (WRHS) continues to provide free 24/7 assessments on WaveLink for residents experiencing COVID-19 symptoms such as fever, cough, or shortness of breath. Patients can access WRHS telehealth service using any smartphone, tablet, or computer with a webcam.

Visit WaveLink.WhiteRiverHealthSystem.com and use the code COVID-19 in the Enterprise box. WRHS also has a Coronavirus Assessment Tool on the right side of our website: WhiteRiverHealthSystem.com.
