Izard County Amnesty Program underway in district court until April 22

The Izard County Amnesty Program is underway in district court and will continue through April 22, 2021.

The program is for individuals who have active misdemeanor warrants, people who have failed to appear in court, people who have not complied with court orders, and people who are delinquent on fines.

The Amnesty Program offers waivers of warrants to individuals upon payment of fines and costs in full.

As for those who are delinquent on paying their fines, arrangements may be made for payment before the court takes further action.
