Obituary: Bobby Dean Wilson

Bobby Dean Wilson, 87 of Calamine passed away Saturday, April 3, 2021, at his home.  He was born Oct. 19, 1933, in Shelbyville, Arkansas to James Albert and Nannie Josephine (Clem) Wilson.

He was a retired farmer and a member of Lebanon Missionary Baptist Church at Nelsonville.

He was preceded in death by his parents; four brothers, Wandon Wilson, Denver Wilson, Shelby Wilson, and James L. Wilson; three sisters, Juanita Hoggard, Vera Hoggard, and Lanell Hoggard and a grandson, Grant Wilson Smith.

Survivors include his wife of 60 years, Barbara (Grice) Wilson of the home; three daughters, Deana Conley (Tony) of Walnut Ridge, Keely Huskey (Jeff) of Minturn and Karla Smith (Randy) of Calamine; two sisters, Donna Lemaster (Jim) and Janice McCollum (Bob) both of Cave City; five grandchildren, Brent Huskey (Keitha), Adam Huskey (Brittney), Jennifer Brown (Spencer), Cassie Bullard (Chris), Kayla Godsey (Chris) and Cameran Conley; 10 great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be Tuesday, April 6, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. at the Lebanon Missionary Baptist Church at Nelsonville with Bro. Boyce Johnson and Bro. Keith Wilson officiating.  Burial will follow in the Lebanon Cemetery with arrangements by Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City.

Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. until service time at the church.

Pallbearers will be Brent Huskey, Adam Huskey, Chris Bullard, Chris Godsey, Spencer Brown, Gary Farmer, Larry Farmer, Cameran Conley, and Monroe Albertson.

Honorary pallbearers are his great-grandsons, Elias Huskey, Isaac Huskey, Fisher Huskey. Bentley Bullard, Kipton Brown and Luke Godsey and The Men of Lebanon Missionary Baptist Church.
