In this role, Hoggard (pictured) will oversee all financial-related activities of Citizens Bank, including accounting and regulatory reporting, corporate tax, and internal controls. Hoggard will manage the accounting and finance functions and continue in his role as ISO.
“Michael is a dedicated leader,” said Karen Shaw, executive vice president and chief financial officer at Citizens Bank. “We are fortunate to have someone of his character and experience in this important role.”
Hoggard first joined the Citizens Bank family in 2017 when he was looking to enhance his expertise and grow in a local organization.
“It is a great opportunity to be a part of a bank that is not only seeing consistent growth but also committed to putting people first,” said Hoggard. “My family and I have achieved so much since moving to Batesville in 2017, and I am excited for this new role. I look forward to further investing in the community.”
Before joining Citizens Bank, Hoggard was audit manager at Erwin and Company in Little Rock.
