The Batesville Area Chamber of Commerce’s (BACC) annual Business Expo, presented by FNBC, is returning to the public.

This year’s expo theme is One Hit Wonders and will take place in the gymnasium of the Batesville Community Center on Wednesday, June 9, 2021. The event is free and open to the public.

“We are excited to return to our normal format for the annual Business Expo,” said Shelly Hendrix, BACC’s membership director, in a media release. “We are ready to welcome back familiar faces and several new vendors this year. We are adding several booth spaces to accommodate this growing event.”

Vendors will distribute free promotional items, food samples, and beverages throughout the day. Visiting booths will also increase a visitor’s chances of winning door prizes and give-a-ways.

The business-to-business trade show, which is open to participating vendors, will take place from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. A Taste of the Chamber, featuring local cuisine served by chamber members, will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. The Business Expo will be open to the public from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

“The expo continues to be a community tradition and the best way for our businesses to showcase products and services offered,” said Hendrix. “The chamber invests a lot of time coordinating this event to promote member services and products to the community, and we are fortunate to have one of the best-attended trade shows in the region.”

The expo is sponsored by FNBC, Peco Foods, White River Health System, Merchants & Planters Bank, Suddenlink, Sonic Drive-In, RAWK Imprinting, the UPS Store, and the City of Batesville.
