Lanita Stice, 66, of Newport departed this life on Thursday, June 10, 2021.
She was born Nov. 27, 1954, to Bill Wortham and Wanda (Vanhoozer) Hudson.
Lanita attended the Church of Christ. She enjoyed holidays, working puzzles, shopping, a coupon whiz, was an avid reader, but most of all loved spending time with her grandson.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one granddaughter, Haylee Stice, and sister, Eva Kaye Wortham Pucket.
Lanita is survived by her daughter, Misty McAdams of Tuckerman; grandson, Jared Pann of Tuckerman; sisters, Billie Karen Wortham Sullins, Cynthia Hudson Walker, and husband Tommy.
The funeral service was Monday, June 14, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. at Dillinger Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Cash Cemetery.
Those honored to serve as pallbearers are Bobby McAdams, Tommy Walker, Kody Tidwell, Chase Mann, and Chad Mann.
