Sonny Pham, a student at Lyon College and lifelong resident of Batesville, Arkansas, passed away on Sept. 11, 2021.
Sonny is survived by his parents, his sisters, Candis Tate, Krystal Orellana, Emily Pham, and his wife, Kaylee Wilkins Pham.
Sonny was born on August 25, 2000, to Son and En Pham. As a senior and Deans’ List honoree at Lyon College, Sonny was set to graduate with a degree in computer science in the spring of 2022. Sonny was an avid gamer as he enjoyed his time as the Captain for the Lyon College E-Sports team.
Sonny was also a skilled problem solver, as a savvy technological person who many depended upon. With a kind and gentle soul, Sonny was a lover of animals. He absolutely cherished the moments when he was able to play with his guinea pigs and got to cuddle each and every kitty within sight.
Funeral services will be Saturday, Sept. 18, 2021, at the Roller-Crouch Chapel at 2:00 p.m. Burial will follow at Campground Cemetery in Bethesda.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
