“I am thrilled to be a part of First Community Bank,” said Grace. “I have watched as the bank has grown since 1997 from my hometown of Batesville to 28 markets throughout Arkansas and Missouri. The culture that Mr. Cole has built has been one of family and community, and it has made an impact on hundreds of employees and thousands of satisfied customers. I am looking forward to being a part of the continued growth of the bank in the Little Rock and Northwest Arkansas area. The leaders at First Community Bank focus on relationships and excellent customer services, and that is how they have built such a successful operation. This bank is about helping our customers build better lives, and I look forward to working with them to bring those values to our mortgage department.”
