Obituary: Brad Huff

Brad Huff, 57, of Charlotte passed away Friday, December 24, 2021.

He was born March 7, 1964, in Marysville, California to Riley William Huff, Sr. and Madge L. (Black) Huff.

He was a cattle farmer, stock contractor, owner & operator of H&H Rodeo Co. and an employee of Independence County Road Department. Brad enjoyed the simple things of life. He had a gentle; fun-loving spirit, he always had a joke followed by an infectious laugh that was enjoyed by all. He loved his family, raising cattle, and rodeo. He attended church at Crossroads Cowboy Church of Charlotte.

Survivors include his brothers, Billy Huff (Phyllis) of Charlotte, Boyd Huff (Kari) of Charlotte, and Bryan Huff of Charlotte; nephews, Micheal Huff and Kevin Huff (Monique); nieces, Crystal Perkey (Eric), Andrea Huff, and Candi Huff; and great-nephews and great-nieces; Emmet Huff, Brayden Perkey, Rylan Huff, Gunnar Stephens, Kailan Thomas, and Chase Thomas.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Riley William Huff, Sr., Madge L. Huff; and great-niece, Shelby Morrison.

Pallbearers are Ron Byars, Rick Weaver, Marcus Herring, Lance Wyatt, George McDoniel, and Dean Holman. Honorary pallbearers will be the Independence County Road Crew and Members of the Crossroads Cowboy Church.

Funeral services will begin at 2:00 pm Wednesday, December 29, 2021, at Crossroads Cowboy Church of Charlotte with Jeremy Cox and Mitch Bell officiating. Burial will follow at Center Grove Cemetery in Charlotte.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 – 8:00 pm Tuesday, December 28, 2021, at Roller-Crouch Funeral Home of Batesville.
