Jerry Wayne Bristow, 77 of Batesville passed away Friday, December 31, 2021, at his home. He was born July 29, 1944, in Lynn, Arkansas to Garland and Bessie (Simon) Bristow. He was retired from Arkansas Eastman in Batesville and was a member of Pleasant Valley Missionary Baptist Church in Batesville.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one son, Marlin Bristow and one brother.
Survivors include his wife Brenda Crabtree Bristow of the home; two sons, Nick Bristow (Donna) of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and Barry Bristow of Elk City, Oklahoma; one brother, Eddie Bristow (Sharon) of Hoxie; two grandchildren, Kimberly Bristow and Christopher Bristow; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, January 4, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. at the Qualls Funeral Home Chapel in Cave City with Bro. Scott Jones officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. View Cemetery at Cave City
Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. until service time at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Benny Ross, Bryan Ross, Nathan Walling, Seth Walling, Terry Jarrett, Howard West and Jared Johnson.
