Leon Little departed this life on January 6, 2022. Born on April 6, 1936, in Hickory Ridge, Arkansas to Archie and Marie Little.
He was called by faith and was an ordained minister. He was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church. He served as an associate pastor and pastor to many churches previously to that. He enjoyed his Bible study, a good sermon, and great gospel music.
He was preceded in death by his parents, infant son Jimmy, four brothers Charles, Delbert, Everett, Earl and one sister Katherine Ramirez. Leon is survived by his wife of 23 years Carol Little, sons: Tim Little of Oklahoma, Paul Little of California, stepsons Perry Mabry and wife Robin and family of Olyphant, James Mabry and wife Cindy of Springdale and family of Eldorado, Ar. and Stratford, Okla., daughters: Joanna Gunter and Darlene Sevedge of Oklahoma, several nieces, nephews, and was loved by a multitude of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
He was a welder by trade while he lived in California and Arkansas. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and anything about hunting birds in California.
Services will be Monday, January 10, 2022, at 2:00 pm. in Coffeyville Cemetery with Bro. Bill Chambers officiating. Visitation will be Sunday, January 9, 2022, from 3-5 pm at Dillinger Funeral Home.
