Katherine Titsworth Stephens, 69, of Batesville passed away on February 10, 2022.
She was born July 19, 1952, in Mena, Arkansas to N.C. Titsworth, Sr., and Marie Ellison Titsworth.
She was a wonderful grandmother who loved to spoil her grandchildren. She was a very cheerful person who loved to talk, sing, playing music with her family, and was a people person. Katherine was a graduate of Mena High School who enjoyed playing guitar and piano as well as working in her flower and vegetable garden. She loved the animals on her farm, worked her cattle farm, and loved showing her horses.
Survivors include two sons, Jason Simpson (Rachel) of Redwood City, California, and Bryan Simpson (Natalee) of Batesville; two brothers, Johnny Titsworth of Mena, and Buck Titsworth (Sara) of Mena; two sisters, Jan Titsworth of Mena, and Geneva Titsworth of Okemos, Michigan; five grandchildren, Sophia, Asher, Brylie, Kace, and Addie Jo Simpson, as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Mike Stephens; and four siblings, N.C, Titsworth, Jr., Helen Harvey, Darrell Titsworth, and Shirley Shockey.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
