Jolene Lorinda Pomranky, 54, of Batesville, Arkansas, passed away, Sunday, February 20, 2022, in Batesville.
She was born on July 10, 1967, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, to Donald Roy and Mavis JoAnn (Graves) Jackson. She was united in marriage to Curtis Alan Pomranky on November 19, 1989, in Batesville, Arkansas. During her working years, she worked as a nurse. Jolene loved to fish and enjoyed taking trips to His Place Resort to trout fish. She loved her family very much and enjoyed spending time with them. While spending time with her family she would often pick on papa. She enjoyed riding her RZR. Jolene loved to shop and drink Dr. Pepper. She loved Dr. Pepper so much that she would call her kids to stop and get one but would make sure to tell them it was their secret and not to tell their dad. Jolene loved crafting and having craft night with the girls.
She is survived by her father, Donald Roy Jackson; husband, Curt Pomranky of Batesville; son, Brandon Maxwell Pomranky (Shawnda) of Batesville; daughters, Megan Julee Nicole Pomranky (Dennis) of Batesville and Samantha Jo Wootten of Batesville; 12 grandchildren, Ashlyn, Bryleigh, Madison, Sianna, Cayden, Brody, Brycelynn, Raygen, Andy, Waylen, Ryan and Lane; brother, Jeffrey Lynn Jackson of Jonesboro and many close friends and family.
She was preceded in death by her son, Jeremy Alan Pomranky; mother, Mavis JoAnn Jackson and sister, Julee LuAnn Jackson.
Memorial services will be held Saturday, February 26, 2022, beginning at 10:00 AM at Doty Southside Funeral Service Chapel in Southside.
