Mae Dean Stivers, 70, of Bald Knob departed this life on Thursday, March 10, 2022. She was born October 3, 1951, to Abner (Hicks) and Earlene (Allen) Sisk.
Mae Dean was a member of the First Assembly of God church. She loved spending time with her family, especially preparing food and baking for them. She enjoyed watching Jimmy Swaggart on television. She also enjoyed watching her television shows. Her favorites were The Young and The Restless and The Bold and the Beautiful.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Edward Stivers; her great-grandson, Remingtyn Edward Tigue; her brother-in-law, Danny Farnsworth; her sisters-in-law, Tina Sisk and Carrol Sisk.
She is survived by her sons, Wesley Stivers of Bald Knob and Jeffrey Stivers of Bald Knob; her daughter, Tracye Steele of McRae; her brother, Jay Sisk (Janie) of Kensett; her sisters, Wilma Richards (Gary) of Bald Knob and Phyllis Farnsworth of Bald Knob; her grandchildren, Deanna Smith (Jarrod) of Pleasant Plains, Jeffrey Stivers II (Destiny) of Augusta, Wesley Stivers II, Roxie Tigue (Thomas) of Bald Knob, Steven Sharp II (Britain Brooks) of Bald Knob and six great-grandchildren.
Brother Larry Dale Steele will officiate. Those honored to serve as Pallbearers are Wesley Stivers, Wesley Stivers II, Jeffrey Stivers II, Thomas Tigue, Steven Sharp, Jeffrey Stivers. Honorary Pallbearers are Destiny Stivers, Deanna Smith, Britain Brooks, and Roxie Tigue.
Service will be at 10:00 on Tuesday, March 15, 2022, at the Velvet Ridge Church. Interment will be at Kensett Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6:00 -8:00 p.m. on Monday, March 14, 2022, at Dillinger Funeral Home.
