Edward Zane Fair, 88 of Batesville passed away Thursday, May 12, 2022. He was born January 17, 1934, in Cushman, Arkansas to Harl Homer and Retha Florence Simpson Fair. He was a retired cattle rancher and a U.S. Navy Veteran. He was a member of the Cushman Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife Ruby Jean Fair; one brother, Richard Fair and two sisters, Emma Lou Fair and Janelle Wallace.
Survivors include one son, Randall Fair (Heather) of Batesville; two daughters, Zana Wigginton (Lee) of Cave City and Jennifer Slisher (Adrian Burrows) of Cabot; one sister, Carol Allgood of Florida; nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
Memorial services will be held Friday, May 20, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. at the Qualls Batesville Funeral Service Chapel with John High officiating.
