Verda Estelle Lindsey, 73, of Harrisburg departed this life on Saturday ~ May 14, 2022, at Flo & Phil Jones Hospice House in Jonesboro, Arkansas. She was born on July 17, 1948, in Harrisburg, Arkansas the daughter of John David Robert and Delta (Alread) Lindsey.
Her parents preceded her in death, also preceded by two sisters: Mary Ann Parish and Patsy Jean Simpson, and one son-in-law, Jerry Clampit in 2020.
Verda was a homemaker, of the Pentecostal faith, and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.
She is survived by one son, John Brecheen of Williford, Arkansas, one daughter, Lisa Clampit of Whitehall, Arkansas, 10 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren.
A Memorial Service will be held Tuesday, May 17, 2022, at 1;00 p.m. at Jackson’s Harrisburg Funeral Home Chapel. Bro. Ron Tackett will conduct the service.
Cremation will follow.
