Kids of all ages can learn and develop the skills of tennis next week as a series of summer camps focused on the sport will be held at the Batesville Community Center.
The sessions are sponsored by NEA Tennis, a regional organization committed to the physical, mental, and social benefits of fitness and tennis.
Certified Tennis Pro Marko Babac will lead the lessons. With over 20 years of coaching experience, Babac began his tennis career as a junior competitor in Europe at the national level, winning three national titles for his home country of Croatia.
The Tiny Tots Camp (ages 5-8) will meet from 8 to 9 a.m. on Monday and Wednesday, June 4 and 6. (Click here for more information and registration.)
The Future Stars Camp (ages 9-12) will meet from 9 to 11 a.m. on Monday and Wednesday. (Click here for more information and registration.)
The Junior High/High School Total Tennis Training (ages 13-18) will meet Monday through Thursday from 1 to 3 p.m. (Click here for more information and registration.)
